Nanda Awalist Indonesia’s ambassador to Afghanistan, met with Gul Haidar Shafaq the Taliban-appointed governor of Bamyan to discuss strengthening bilateral relations and expanding development and educational cooperation.
During the meeting the governor called for cooperation in education, healthcare, drinking water supply, and the construction of sports facilities and research centers.
The Indonesian ambassador pledged to share these proposals with his government and work to secure support for the province’s needs.
