Taliban Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation has announced the introduction of a banking system for the payment and collection of transport service fees across the country.
The ministry said the distribution of bank cards to drivers has also begun.
The ministry has urged drivers to visit the provincial road transport regulation departments and offices to obtain their bank cards.
