Mohammad Younus Akhundzada the Minister of Water and Energy of the Taliban government visited the International Energy Exhibition alongside a delegation on the sidelines of the 17th International Energy Forum in Riyadh the capital of Saudi Arabia.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Water and Energy Akhundzada emphasized the importance of providing Afghanistan’s energy-sector professionals with opportunities to gain international experience, become familiar with modern technologies and identify new opportunities for the development of the sector.
The Ministry of Water and Energy had previously announced that the minister would participate in the 17th International Energy Forum in Riyadh The forum brings together ministers and representatives from various countries to discuss international cooperation and development opportunities in the energy sector.
