A British-Iranian dual national has been arrested by UK counter-terrorism police on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts in connection with a security incident at RAF Fairford.
A 26-year-old British man has also been questioned, while two properties in the area have been searched.

The arrest comes after UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham said the government believes Iran was involved in the incident.

Tehran has strongly rejected the allegations Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused the UK of looking for the culprit in the wrong place.
