A high-level delegation from the Taliban’s Ministry of Defense has participated in the “Center 2026” strategic and joint military exercises hosted by Russia.
Russian President Vladimir Putin also visited the exercises and said that the results of the “Center 2026” military drills and the experience gained by the forces of participating countries during the exercises would be effective.
