Officials from the Spin Boldak Municipality in Kandahar Province say that 1.5 billion Afghanis will be spent on developing the district improving commercial activities and creating job opportunities.
According to officials the development plan aims to expand Spin Boldak improve business activities, and provide employment opportunities for local residents.
